Fatboy is not reliable and do not take responsibility for any food delivery

I ordered from Fatboy Bromhof on Uber eats, the special they have on the App says buy one get one free, so I order 3 and the delivered 4, I tried to query this but I cannot find anyone to assist, they just not answering their phones? Even the head office for Fatboy is not willing to assist?
