I ordered from Fatboy Bromhof on Uber eats, the special they have on the App says buy one get one free, so I order 3 and the delivered 4, I tried to query this but I cannot find anyone to assist, they just not answering their phones? Even the head office for Fatboy is not willing to assist?
I took more than a year to decide after so much consideration to migrate to Sage 50 cloud, the service is terrible, nothing that was promised was done, I have a Cloud based sage now but various details on my old data and functions are missing. I keep on contacting various people at sage but get no feedback or a suggestion for what the solution will be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MTN took a R 290 debit order from me on 30 Nov 2020, I need an invoice for my business, from then till now my admin lady spend about 35 hours on the phone, hanging on, calculate that in Rand value for the call and also for her time? They keep on escalating the request and then never come back to us...
I bought a product and let them know within 24 hours after receiving the product that it was inferior quality and I want to return it. They said they need a picture, I send a picture and then they said because it is open they cannot take it back. How can I see it if I do not open it? They did not even offer a swop out or anything. Very strange in this day and age with out consumer protection act that I can return good within 7 days, no questions asked.
Since last week 1 Nov the LTE service for supplying data to my business is non existing, when I phone nobody can tell me for how long it will be off, really, surely someone can take the responsibility and update me with the facts, for how long will this go on? I phoned agin this morning and they promissed to phone me back with the detail but again no feedback was supplied today?
