Uber Drivers *****ing meals ordered from FatBoy Burgers NorthCliff
The burgers taste amazing and i was happy with them until the uber drivers started *****ing my meals. its happened twice and now i unfortunately cannot order from them any more. i do realize that its unfair on Fatboy Burgers Northcliff but the uber drivers are intimately linked to their business and they need to take measure to ensure happier clients. I would strongly discourage ordering from them on Uber. The uber guys take a photo of the package being delivered but drive away with the food unless you are already standing outside.

Fatboy burgers Do not keep their promise
Fatboy burgers: I ordered the buy two for the price of one burger on 07 November 2024 in the evening using uber eats. The driver only delivered one burger. When I asked if the second birthed he said he does not know about the special advertised in Uber eats. This is ridiculously poor experience and I would like an apology as I waited my family for super only to receive half the ordered items. Will never buy here agai. Order#625EE

Fatboy is not reliable and do not take responsibility for any food delivery
I ordered from Fatboy Bromhof on Uber eats, the special they have on the App says buy one get one free, so I order 3 and the delivered 4, I tried to query this but I cannot find anyone to assist, they just not answering their phones? Even the head office for Fatboy is not willing to assist?
