On Saturday the 22 November 2025 I bought a defective solar flood light from On stop china hyper. Three days after installing the light still the light was not working. I retuned the light for an exchange only to be told by the store manager (a Chinese couple) that I am not allowed to exchange the light let alone get a refund. I provided them with the proof purchase which they were not interested in. Furthermore their store workers confirmed to remember me and that they me sold the light on the day. Still the store manager told me they will not help me with either a refund or exchange. They refuse to look at their camera for proof and said they don’t care. This store is the worst. The customer service is very very poor. I will never return and don’t recommend buying here as they sell non working products without option for return. Worst service as customer

Delayed delivery with no communication. I recently bought a few items in takealot. The items were supposed to arrive on 12 June 2025. As I write this note it is 14 June and the order has still not arrived. Takealot has not communicated and has remained silence. This is an abuse of trust and I feel disappointed as I at least expected a formal postponement or sorry letter regarding the delay. The order number is #181621260
I purchased an Apple iPhone from the Telkom store in clearwater mall on year 2022. The phone is insured by FNB. After the phone was lost this week, I logged a request with Telkom to provide me with a copy of the purchase contract as requested by FNB Insurance. Both telkom stores in Clearwater mall has since been refusing to help me and sent me from pillar to post. They said they cannot retrieve the contract and sent me to drive to mall of Africa for help. The staff at mall of Africa said they can only retrieve contract for devices purchased within mall of Africa Telkom branch. I am left stranded as the copy of contract seems to be missing and Telkom is not forthright honest with me and rather sending me alway to chase the wind. This is the wordy experience after losing my phone, now there is a possibility I will b3 declined by the insurance as I do not have the required documentation
I ordered the buy two burgers for the price of one burger from Fatboy burgers bromhoff on Ubereats on 07 November 2024 in the evening using uber eats. The driver only delivered one burger. When I asked if the second birthed he said he does not know about the special advertised in Uber eats. This is ridiculously poor experience and I would like an apology as I waited my family for super only to receive half the ordered items. Will never buy here again

Discovery vitality trial period is a ****! I was registered for two month “free” vitality trial membership starting from 14 June 2024. I was told to cancel at the middle of August. However, as I was avoiding any incorrect charging I cancelled earlier at than two month exactly on 31 July. Two days later I was charged the full visitor monthly membership. To my surprise. The bus was supposed to be a free trial as advices by the call centre agent on 14 June. I need my refund. When call the call centre no one surprisingly seems to know whom I should speak to. They charged me during free trial.. it’s a scheme and I’m so disappointed in discovery. I will be cancelling my medical with them soon.

My mobile account was suddenly blocked due to Telkom failing to collect monthly premium. This fault is on Telkom side as my bank account provided to Telkom has a positive and sufficient balance. Some how Telkom managed to debit the outstanding premium balance a day before the account was blocked. However my account still remains blocked even though it was Telkom billing error which put me into this position. Very poor customer service. Will not be adding any product from Telkom at the end of my current contract.
I would like to share the bad customer service an currently receiving at Mercedes bens Constantia- Kloof dealership. Ordered parts in first week of August. I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days. We are now at the end of the month. Tried calling the service advisor (Nishelle) who does not take my calls. Call always goes to reception who tells me that is is too busy and will call back but she never does….the same story every time. Emailed them and no response. Bad customer service and something I would have never expected from the brand.
