Disrespectful towards potential client
I contacted them over dm and was ignored 3 times before telling them how unprofessional it is. I then get asked if I'm 12 years old.
Complete lack of respect for potential clients. I would never buy from them!

But the morally correct thing to do when running a social media platform is to respond or acknowledge a message instead of constantly ignoring. Yes I approached as a content creator, but I could also be a potential client. Lol, your loss. I wouldn't want to work with a racist idiot anyway.
