VETSAK is Dishonest.
What a corrupt business. Ordered a "Large" sized bag. After recieving it, we realised that it was smaller than the "Large" size my daughter had purchased. After complaining to Fatsak, we were conveniently told that the company had changed names and that the new owners did not make the "Large" (XL Large ) size that my daughter had bought. We had paid the same price for a smaller bag , with no mention made of the changes in bag size. Disgusting to say the least.

PupSak dog bed
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a Pupsak dog bed 3_4 weeks ago. They sent me the wrong order and I have received two packages since to correct the error BOTH with further incorrect orders. I'm still waiting 3 packages later, for it to be corrected or refunded.

NOW THATS SERVICE (ABOVE and BEYOND)
The staff even if you did not deal with them directly are unbelievable!!! every one knows what the other is doing so if the original person is not there, who ever is there is able to pick up the pieces - I had to arrange things from a distance with delivery and even a missing item which was sorted at lighting speed KUDO's to Sue in JHB and the guys that handled my issue in Cape Town if my place was bigger I would purchase more!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I BOUGHT A FATSAK FROM THE COMPANY IN WOODSTOCK. MY DEALINGS WERE WITH THE DELIGHTFUL, CHARMING, CHRISTA TRENT. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL WITH ALL MY CONCERNS REGARDING THE SIZE OF THE UNIT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO ENJOYABLE I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP MANNED BY CHRISTA.

Disrespectful towards potential client
I contacted them over dm and was ignored 3 times before telling them how unprofessional it is. I then get asked if I'm 12 years old. Complete lack of respect for potential clients. I would never buy from them!

Fatsak walks the extra mile
I have a very old Fatsak that was not looking puffy anymore. After a call to Fatsak HO to find out about purchasing new foam, they sent out a consultant during the same week, who came to fill up the old bag - free of charge! This kind of service is not something you come across these days. Well done, Fatsak!

After a call to Fatsak HO to find out about purchasing new foam, they sent out a consultant during the same week, who came to fill up the old bag - free of charge! This kind of service is not something you come across these days. Well done, Fatsak!
