I BOUGHT A FATSAK FROM THE COMPANY IN WOODSTOCK. MY DEALINGS WERE WITH THE DELIGHTFUL, CHARMING, CHRISTA TRENT. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL WITH ALL MY CONCERNS REGARDING THE SIZE OF THE UNIT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO ENJOYABLE I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP MANNED BY CHRISTA.

ON TAP PAARDEN ISLAND IN CAPE TOWN. MY DEALING WERE WITH DIANI CONRADIE. DIANI COMES ARMED WITH SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE IN THIS BUSINESS THAT DEALING WITH HER WAS A PLEASURE FROM START TO END. SHE IS HIGHLY EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGABLE AND VERY SERVICE ORIENTATED . ON TAP ARE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER AS AN EMPLOYEE.
I ordered and paid for a TV 1 st February. After 8 days no word from them regarding delivery. The phone is permanently on voice mail. I used their on line messenger service and I emailed them. Finally after several un pleasant messengers that I left I was informed that the TV will arrive 12th February. I waited all day for the deliver which has not happened. I have once again left emails, phoned and left messengers, to which I have not received any update. I have requested a refund. I have never experienced such appalling service, lack of communication and they should be avoided at all cost.
