I went to visit clicks at Kempton square to collect my medication as they kept my prescription their service was as horrible I was assisted by Phumudzo and Evans mositane they were so rude I end up taking my prescription to Dischem where I have received excellent service Phumudzo she is something else she doesn’t deserve to work with people I have never come across that attitude even if at Pick ‘n Pay that’s was so horrible

I bought 100 pills clicks brand rhinestone for allergies 2025/08/20 and it's expiring date is 2025/09 so they sold me pills that expires in the next 10days reason I check expiring Date after I took them I had slow beating heart and felt dizzy where I had to sit not doing anything I don't know what will happen to me as I took expired pills as a normal person when you buy pills worse 100 of then u won't finish them in 6 months I just checked pills I bought from them same months they only expire 2027 so why this one a month later and when I call they said they can't do anything with that as I didn't check expering date that time Reason I went back and chevk

******* service, & ****s too, today, at Brooklyn Mall. I have collected 2 parcels at Clicks Brooklyn Mall, within the last 3 months-I popped into the same store a couple of day's ago, & told a guy Ponny, that the courier service will be delivering goods to the same store, & he must alert his staff members. He said no problem , he would do so-The courier arrives at Clicks today, & a lady Millicent starts chirping all sortsa ******* about Pargo-I have no clue who Pargo are, so the manager chats to me, & I tell her the about my parcel, & she hangs up, so I pop to the store, and this Ponny dude, pop's up with all sorts of ******* stories, so from me collecting 2 parcels in the past from Temu, via the courier they use, at the same Clicks store, this Ponny guy is an is an idiot and a lair too. What type of people doe Click's employ, cos it is like a taxi rank in that store, so they did not sign for my parcel, & now, I cannot hand the gifts out for Christmas, & that is due to Clicks employing trashy staff, that cannot resolve a simple problem,-I am cutting up my gold card, & cheers to trashy Clicks

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Clicks Online and the Evaton Branch. I purchased the Vigro promotion (buy 3, pay for 2), but only received 2 items. When I went to collect my order, I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes, only to be told that they could not use the OTP I had been given. After waiting another week to finally receive my products, one item was still missing. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had ,unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. I am very angry and frustrated that after paying for a promotion, I still did not receive what I bought. I expect Clicks to resolve this urgently and provide the missing product without any further inconvenience.

These 5 stars goes to a great pharmacy assistant at Clicks pharmacy Cape Gate mall. On Saturday 23 August 2025,i went to this pharmacy to make an enquiry about medication on my medical aid card. This was the very first time I used my medical aid card at clicks. She checked everything and gave me the good news. I turned around to get a ticket, but she called me back and asked me for what I needed the medicine for. I explained and she helped me so beautiful. What a star. Thanks Clicks for having employees that are passionate about your clients and of their work. As a retired military veteran, it makes my sacrifices of the past so much satisfying.

Clicks South Africa has failed me as a grieving mother. My son, Lamulani Kenny November, worked at Clicks Key West. He passed away in January 2024. For over a year, I’ve been begging Clicks to release what is rightfully owed to him. Instead, I’ve been sent in circles between Clicks and Alexander Forbes with no answers, no compassion, no dignity.how can a company of this size treat a bereaved family with such disregard This is not just money,it’s about respect for my sons life and service.Enough is enough.Clicks,the country is watching do the right thing

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Clicks regarding a recent purchase. I bought a set of headsets for my daughter to assist her with her studies, and after just a few weeks of use, they have proven to be defective. I returned to the store with my Clicks card and was able to provide proof of purchase, despite not having the original slip. However, I was informed that I can only exchange the item for the exact same brand. I find this highly unfair, especially considering the item has already proven to be of poor quality. I do not feel confident taking the same product again. As a loyal Clicks customer, I expected better service and support. I am simply asking for a refund or a store voucher so I may choose an alternative brand I can trust. I believe this is a reasonable request under the Consumer Protection Act.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Clicks regarding a recent purchase. After making me wait 8 days to resolve my issue, now they want to make me wait 14 days for my money but 24 hrs for a cash back. I don’t want to shop with you people anymore.
