******* service, & ****s too, today, at Brooklyn Mall. I have collected 2 parcels at Clicks Brooklyn Mall, within the last 3 months-I popped into the same store a couple of day's ago, & told a guy Ponny, that the courier service will be delivering goods to the same store, & he must alert his staff members. He said no problem , he would do so-The courier arrives at Clicks today, & a lady Millicent starts chirping all sortsa ******* about Pargo-I have no clue who Pargo are, so the manager chats to me, & I tell her the about my parcel, & she hangs up, so I pop to the store, and this Ponny dude, pop's up with all sorts of ******* stories, so from me collecting 2 parcels in the past from Temu, via the courier they use, at the same Clicks store, this Ponny guy is an is an idiot and a lair too. What type of people doe Click's employ, cos it is like a taxi rank in that store, so they did not sign for my parcel, & now, I cannot hand the gifts out for Christmas, & that is due to Clicks employing trashy staff, that cannot resolve a simple problem,-I am cutting up my gold card, & cheers to trashy Clicks
I wanted to change my Telkom plan to a different type, dude to the fact that the plan I had was too expensive-I did this effective 1 June 2025-I chatted to someone in their call center, but no one bothers telling me the number will be cancelled, & never available again-How the heck must I know how the Telkom system functions. Anyway, in Mid June, I pop to a Hatfield office of Telkom, chat to a guy Max, tell him of my intention, so he tells me not to worry, all can be done, as per my request, so last week, I pop to the Hatfield office, explain to the people there, then the lady calls some other department in JHB, & I need to chat to a lady, so I do so, & the lady tells me I cannot change , cos I owe Telkom 30 cents, but, I tell the lady they owe me 47 odd rand-Anyway, they could not assist me at Hatfield, so I buzz off to Menlyn, visit the Telkom office there, explain the entire bang shoot again, then the 1 sorta clued up lady informs me , all will be sorted, & she will call me-So, to date, no call, my 47 odd rand has vanished, & this is the type of ******* we, as the consumer deal with-Disgusting, ****s & *******, so to date, I do not have any Telkom line.
<div>An ongoing problem with the-is bank since August last year-I have been repaying my home loan spot of for years-I closed a savings account, & 1 week later, I receive a message advising that my home loan installment is changing-These complaints resolution consultants are also useless, other than the consultants within the bank-No one bothers calling, cos it costs the bank money, so they an sms-That is disgusting-All their fancy adverts about them. They wanna hook in clients, & provide terrible service-So, I had the same query recently, & the consultant advises she will have an answer by close of business last Friday-That did not happen, so it is chasing these people to get the job done. I receive the same answer as per another lady last year, re the calculation of interest, so nothing has been resolved, cos the home loans people use these resolution complaints consultants, as messengers for the bank, to do their dirty work-I cannot wait to get rid of them -They are pests in my life-Promises, promises, they cannot deliver.</div>
STANDARD BANK HOME LOANS
I have liaised with customer resolution complaints individuals, who are supposed to resolve queries quickly. It is an ongoing problem at Branch level, & home loans, to resolve problems. I have posted complaints , & someone phones me, asking me what the problem is, then some other woman sends me an e-mail, explaining how interest is calculated on a daily basis, but NO ONE resolves the actual problem, so what is with this Standard Bank? It is really disgusting service, & not acceptable to me, so hopefully, this complaint is sent to head honchos, & not simply shoved onto complaints resolution consultants, who cannot resolve the problem
Good morning all, to me Standard Bank, comprises the entire group, including home loans. In August this year, I cancelled my savings account for my home loan debit, to another bank. All done, via a complaints resolution manager. 1 Have been paying the same regular payment for many months. 1 month later, the home loans department send me an sms , advising me that my monthly payment will increase by 6 rand, yes, 6 rand, so I queried this via the home loans complaints consultant, who advised me that he will attend to it-Tis now November-Interest rates reduced, therefore, my monthly loan payment should reduce, cos I have a fluctuating option. Nothing done from the home loan side. In October, I receive another sms, that my loan repayment will increase by 106 rand, so I query that. To date, none have been resolved, so these institutions are ******ing money from us, & their complaints resolution consultants cannot sort out these problems, so I have to travel to Rosebank, demand to chat to a home loans specialist, obtain the answers, & they must rectify the problem, & they will pay my transport costs too. I will make sure of that. This bank purposefully, make it unpleasant dealing with them, & frustrating us as consumers, in order for us to simply ignore the problem, & it will vanish on it's own. No ladies & gentleman. Standard was a fantastic bank years ago, & now, tis 5th degree service. Let's see who calls me next
I have been banking with Standard since 1990, then a home loan via them for 20 odd years. The loan is nearing the end, but these punks send me sms notices me messages that advise this-Your monthly payment is increasing by 6 rand per month, so I query it, & some ***** in home loans, send me an e-mail advising me how they calculate interest. I am not stupid. I was paying the same monthly bond repayment for months, all of a sudden 6 rand extra, so the complaints gent calls me, I tell him the problem, but he cannot sort it out-They are *****ing our money, & lining there pockets, so there is some ****my stuff going on. I receive an sms this past week, stating that my home loan payment is increasing again, so *** are these people doing? A ****my bunch of ****** at Home Loans, no explanation, just ****my, ****my people working there. Has anyone else experienced this?
Standard Bank Home Loans again
I had some problems with Standard Bank Home loans, & my Standard Bank branch, hence, I reverted to the site, & I was assisted by a gent named Gorden. He kept me up to date, called me on numerous occasions, to assist. The specific branch, employ people who seem to think they are untouchable, simply cos they work under the Umbrella name of Standard Bank. This bank needs to turf out the riff raff employees, & manager, & replaced with those who really need work, & are polite.
So, here I go again with Standard Bank. I advised a consultant sometime in July, I was going to close a savings account. The time arrived last week, so I sen-e guy a mail, requesting him to send me forms/doc's to sign, in order to close the account. I have not received an answer. I commenced banking with Standard in 1990, & up until 2016, it was great, & now, it seems to me the culture within the group has changed, cos there is ******* service, & I must pay bank charges for ******* service. This is Standard Bank, Brooklyn branch, Pretoria, from promises made by a dude Jan Steyn in 2016, to the manager they have now. Rotten apples must be skopped out, & quickly.
