PATHETIC SERVICE
I had a customer service assistant Ralearh put the phone down on me after requesting a refund for a order they messed up. This person has the WORST customer service in HISTORY and should NEVER BE USED OR TRUSTED!!!

Disrespectful towards potential client
I contacted them over dm and was ignored 3 times before telling them how unprofessional it is. I then get asked if I'm 12 years old. Complete lack of respect for potential clients. I would never buy from them!

NO RESPONSE
Spree does not respond to customer queries, and again offer false advertising, as I received a voucher code, within the valid dates, it told me I'd used it already, in which I've never even made a purchase from Spree before.

False Advertising
Upon ordering a dress which profusely caught my eye with its red burst . i urgently needed this dress from Spree, and i needed it on the same day. Unlike Superbalists great same day delivery , I went to Sprees delivery options and noticed that there was indeed a option at an additional cost. Pumped with excitement I went to the checkout point and there was not a option of same day delivery. I then went to their online chat and got help from a Eugene who was not very helpful. He took long to reply and just kept saying that the option was not available. I was very distraught with the help given as i urgently needed something for the same night. Eugene was back and forth in my live chat and could not help me in any way possible. Their false advertising was at a inconsiderate inconvenience.
