What a corrupt business. Ordered a "Large" sized bag. After recieving it, we realised that it was smaller than the "Large" size my daughter had purchased. After complaining to Fatsak, we were conveniently told that the company had changed names and that the new owners did not make the "Large" (XL Large ) size that my daughter had bought. We had paid the same price for a smaller bag , with no mention made of the changes in bag size. Disgusting to say the least.

I sold my vehicle to Mit Mak Motors through the auction site of Weelee.co.za. I had the best experience ever. Weelee referred Mit Mak Motors to me and my sale was concluded within a day after my vehicle had been viewed by the Mit Mak representative Jacques Boschoff. Weelie stayed in contact through the entire transaction whilst communicating between myself and the dealership. Once again a big thank you for a very professional service and a fantastic experience.

Once again, a big shout out to Santam. I have again received the best service from Santam. Consultants Kaya Godlo and Idris Mooideem deserve to be recognised for their service delivery on behalf of Santam. Thank you Santam and your staff for making my claim easy. I have never had it so easy when claiming from my insurance. Not just once, but on each occasion that have I submitted a claim, Santam has delivered service exellence. I have in the past been with other insurers, but none delivering the service I recieve from Santam. Thank you again.
I bought a Just battery from the Bellville branch. A month later to the day, the USB charger pushed through into the battery. I returned the battery to the store for replacement. Needless to say I recieved 110 excuses why the battery could not be replaced. Eventually they took the battery in and promised to send it in for repair or replacement. Having not heard from the store for 3 weeks, I went round to find out as to the repair/replacement. I was met by a young man who kept on telling me that he and his manager had tried to contact me on various occasions. I have a bussiness phone which is on 24/7 and there for always available. After getting the young man to stop telling they had tried to contact me, asked him what they wanted tell me. He then informed me that they could not repair the battery and would not replace it. I do not believe that they had contacted me, or had sent the battery away for repairs. Please be aware of bad products and bad after market service at this store.
I have complained to the Capitec Call centre on numerous occasions as to a Capitec Debit order which has been placed on one of my other bank accounts. It has been now been 13 months that I have struggled to have this debit order removed. I get charged R8-00 every time the debit order is returned. This has now become a frustration in my life and Capitec could not care a damn.
