I bought a Vaporesso XROS Mini pod 1.0 on Thursday, it is not even a week old and it's already leaking I refilled the pod and within 5 minutes the juice is gone What nonsense quality is this

I was never in my life so disappointed in a product. I baught myself a vape from The Vapestation. When you vape you taste the oil in your mouth. It is terrible. I don't want that. They didn't tell me that would happen. Now I sit with the vape and juice. Not even a month old and I can not use it. Money just wasted. I am so disappointed.

Excellent service received at Vape station Bellville. Friendly staff and expertese in products is top notch. The upselling of specials is a bonus, as one whould never know what specials are available, and to top it all off I didnt have to ask but was offered. I enjoyed my customer experience there and whould advise anynone to visit that outlet

I recently bought a device from The Vape Station in Protea Heights, Brackenfell. Unfortunately, only after my purchase did I read how bad this is for one's health (this is covered up by the Vape companies as they accuse the cigarette industry of false accusations against the vape because they will no longer be making money if everyone starts vaping)... According to a recent study, the e-cigarette causes a disease named "popcorn lung" (this can be found on google). Obviously, one will have concerns and if I no longer feel comfortable using this device, it is solely my decision and no vape sales person can convince me otherwise. I then requested (within the 10 day period as per the consumer act) that I be refunded as I returned the device in full working order, barely used (only used for 3 days), not even charged yet, a full tube of liquid etc... and to my surprise... no they don't want to refund me... The service one receives these days are astonishing!! I cannot believe how nonchalant people are. I also work in the service and sales industry and this is definitely not how one does business. Please go read your consumer act before you open a shop under a well known name. This will not be left there, I will take this further as I am so sick and tired of the consumer just having to accept the "policy of the shop". Please be aware that your self implemented policy is null and void if it does not comply with the consumer law...

I bought a Just battery from the Bellville branch. A month later to the day, the USB charger pushed through into the battery. I returned the battery to the store for replacement. Needless to say I recieved 110 excuses why the battery could not be replaced. Eventually they took the battery in and promised to send it in for repair or replacement. Having not heard from the store for 3 weeks, I went round to find out as to the repair/replacement. I was met by a young man who kept on telling me that he and his manager had tried to contact me on various occasions. I have a bussiness phone which is on 24/7 and there for always available. After getting the young man to stop telling they had tried to contact me, asked him what they wanted tell me. He then informed me that they could not repair the battery and would not replace it. I do not believe that they had contacted me, or had sent the battery away for repairs. Please be aware of bad products and bad after market service at this store.
