I bought a Just battery from the Bellville branch. A month later to the day, the USB charger pushed through into the battery. I returned the battery to the store for replacement. Needless to say I recieved 110 excuses why the battery could not be replaced. Eventually they took the battery in and promised to send it in for repair or replacement. Having not heard from the store for 3 weeks, I went round to find out as to the repair/replacement. I was met by a young man who kept on telling me that he and his manager had tried to contact me on various occasions. I have a bussiness phone which is on 24/7 and there for always available. After getting the young man to stop telling they had tried to contact me, asked him what they wanted tell me. He then informed me that they could not repair the battery and would not replace it. I do not believe that they had contacted me, or had sent the battery away for repairs. Please be aware of bad products and bad after market service at this store.
