Superbalist sent me the wrong item. I bought a coat and they sent me a random dress. If this wasn't bad enough, it is not three weeks and I am still waiting on my refund for the coat I bought and which they failed to send. Another big company that couldn't care less about its customers. Ten emails, three calls to them later and Superbalist has effectively just ****** my money, and are getting away with it.
I cannot stress enough what a bad company this is. They use bots and online agents to cover an extremely poor system of management. I was on Pineapple for two years , and when it came time to claiming for my phone they made it hell. Now I am trying to cancel my insurance, and two weeks later , deposits going off to them, and multiple messages - they still have not cancelled my policy. A truly nightmarish customer experience with them over the past two months.
Pineapple should NOT BE ALLOWED to operate. Spare your money and peace of mind and avoid this company at all costs. It is now five weeks after I first logged a cellphone claim. For three weeks of this claim managers sought to discredit my damage report EVEN THOUGH they had accepted this service provider in a previous claim. Absolutely unjust business practices. When they realised they were in the wrong they shifted the reason for delay in the fifth week of my claim _ Where they are now requesting NEW documentation that they had not previously mentioned at all ONCE in the five week claim process. It has been an abusive experience by a company that is ********* to the core.
If I could give Pineapple zero stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER EVER choose pineapple. I have been waiting on a cellphone claim to be processed for a month. Each time I speak to a consultant via their chat app I am told "they are waiting on a manager to get back to me". FOR FOUR WEEKS. The most unprofessional insurance service I have ever had. I cannot wait to be done with them and move to a more established service. HORRIBLE INSURANCE .
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a Pupsak dog bed 3_4 weeks ago. They sent me the wrong order and I have received two packages since to correct the error BOTH with further incorrect orders. I'm still waiting 3 packages later, for it to be corrected or refunded.
