False advertising and misleading sales representation

Perfume was advertised on the Faureal website on a promotion and reflected 5 in stock. The price was published for a few days without change. I made the purchase and successfully purchases 4 bottles of perfume. The next day I received a call from Natasha , who informed me that she had made an error in the price and she only realized a few hours later and also had load shedding. Due to that she was unable to correct it.

Subsequently thereafter, when I informed her that I've seen the advert published for days and found that no load shedding was scheduled for the day, she reverted to saying that she was on leave and only returned to the store the Monday.

I found this unacceptable. They did not honor the sale and today beyond a week later - I've had no funds reversed nor any product delivered. I've informed them that I will proceed to have the matter taken up and was informed by Natasha that I am welcome to proceed to the ombudsman as they have no intention of honoring the deal.

I've had no contact from any management or any attempt to even resolve the matter fairly. For this reason I would not purchase anything from this store as the adverti*****t and the sales approach has been misleading.
