Faurie Nell needs to be investigated by South African Law

Beware people and never ever ever pay them a deposit if they are doing a transfer for you. Please don’t trust this company I have complained to the law society but I bond was not granted and upon instructions from the seller who is an attorney and his wife as well they are withholding my deposit and asked me to vacate the unit I paid for upfront because the seller was callous I paid 2 months rental. He’s an attorney the seller and I was faced with relocating to a place with mould, no toilet as it was leaking broken cupboards, filth and grime and the attorneys were informed say 1 the disclosure is incorrect. They were as callous as the people I was going to buy from. Doors wouldn’t lock there were no keys. No shower enclosure but a fitting. My point is my bond was not granted and they are deliberately withholding my deposit. The police came today because of the performance of a male agent from First who said it’s my problem about the mould and issues was screaming and shouting and I was alone with my helper. Thank god the bond wasn’t granted but Faurie Nell please people don’t give them a cent of your money trust me. Rather a bank guaranteed letter is safer. They are withholding my money. The police listened to the abuse by the agent and asked me to not open the door again but call them first. They were the only people that gave me support when I told them the seller is an attorney and I’m a single female. The police has my back strangely in this scenario. And I won’t leave without my hard earned money.
