disappointed

How disappointed we are that we ever got involved with this company, just before Covid our truck was involved in an accident, the payment from insurance was not enough to get another vehicle, we decided to go with the deal FAW offered because with a service plan included they were the best deal, 2 months later we take the Truck for it's first service not even thinking about costs as we had a service plan, when we phone to see how far the vehicle is they ask us how we will pay so we explained we had a service plan, they inform us we don't, we phone the salesman and he tells us we did not take it, Six of the staff of GIS sat together to agree on the deal and ask for a better monthly instalment, we also paid a deposit. Now FAW are blaming the guy from our side to say he cancelled the service plan, we have all there quotes they sent us, we get a bill for R8023.00 . We have do not have that money to pay it, now they won't release our truck.
