Not wanting to terminated my account
In October I cancelled my Vox account as we were moving to Natal, today I received another Statement, after numerous emails, I am getting concerned as I keep communicating business was liquidated we have moved and no one seems to respond. My account number is 9161910.

Terrible attitude
At till 5 at 14.52, on Wednesday afternoon the till attendant ignored me when I reached her, then when she asked if I wanted a plastic bag I said she should greet her customers, well she started going off in Sotho about me, then when I wanted to swipe my smart shoppers card she was rude again, then I asked for the manager and she said she does not have a manager but a supervisor, so I asked to ring up my things and she gave me a bad attitude again, eventually the next customer came and they started discussing me, and he told me to go home, of course you are not responsible for the customer but that your staff cause such racial tension I took a photo of the lady, please look at your camera's and see.

disappointed
How disappointed we are that we ever got involved with this company, just before Covid our truck was involved in an accident, the payment from insurance was not enough to get another vehicle, we decided to go with the deal FAW offered because with a service plan included they were the best deal, 2 months later we take the Truck for it's first service not even thinking about costs as we had a service plan, when we phone to see how far the vehicle is they ask us how we will pay so we explained we had a service plan, they inform us we don't, we phone the salesman and he tells us we did not take it, Six of the staff of GIS sat together to agree on the deal and ask for a better monthly instalment, we also paid a deposit. Now FAW are blaming the guy from our side to say he cancelled the service plan, we have all there quotes they sent us, we get a bill for R8023.00 . We have do not have that money to pay it, now they won't release our truck.

Fraud by Dulux staff
<div>Approximately one year ago, the was fraudulent activity on our account with Dulux, which implicated their top management, after a long hard battle trying to resolve this they blocked our account and we where put into a situation that all of a sudden they wanted us to pay monies owing them, which at that stage we were not in a financial postion to do, so we negotiated we would pay off, we have just received a letter from the Master of the courts with a summons attached, we have been dealing with a Lady by the name of *****, we would never have gotten into this postion if it wasnt that they had fraudelent activity on our account we would never become to the position of owing them so much money, we never ignored the situation we already have started paying the amount agreed upon off.</div>

Don't even want to put a title
I cannot believe I am back trying contacted ABSA through Hello Peter it seems to be the only way I get a reaction out of ABSA. I phoned their Home Loan department because I cannot get hold of Loch Logan branch as they said the latest they would let me know if I can get an Flexi bond is Tuesday I tried to contact the Lady that helped me previously but to no avail, so I decide to get hold of homeloans myself what an experience please try phone this number and ask for Homeloans to experience what I have 0514010500

Brilliant Ladies
I was having a problem trying to FICA my bond to get a Flexibond, what a problem I was having, until a lady Mavis from Absa phoned me, she was Brilliant, I then went to Loch Logan branch and dealt with a lady Rosy which too was brilliant, thank you to those too ladies, otherwise I would still be sitting in the same position

Please Help
I have applied for financing on a truck, got declined from TransUnion, we had to pay to see who put us on ITC R261.00, their report had an error in section Default Data Searchworks put us on they can't tell us who searchworks are, when we google search works there is nothing helping us fined out who or what they are. This is stopping us from been able to get financing.
