FCM travel incompetent & not professional.
FCM travel does not have the competence to schedule connecting flights with sufficient time inbetween flights to enable you to connect with those flights. I ended up missing my connecting flight and could not get home for a whole day (only got a new one on the next day), thus causing additional costs for myself and my Company and for causing me emotional distress as I missed a family / friend get-together that was planned for over 2 months! They also send you the voucher, but sometimes "forget" to issue the ticket, so when you check in (on a Saturday) you need to call the after-hour line to "issue" your ticket and you end up narrowly missing the scheduled flight in any event, also causing undue stress. The Point of a travel agent is to take the tension out of traveling, but they don't get it right. Furthermore their ticket prices are more expensive that the regular ticket prices.

ZERO service at time I really needed help desp
Needed to urgently change flights at 1330 today. Could not come back to us despite various calls and then only responded at 1900 saying that support was requested out of office hours. Out of desperation we then figured out this can be done in 5 minutes online and at no cost. Do not trust these people with your travel arrangements. This is not the first horrible experience and they have now funnily completely broken my trust in their ability to deliver a reliable and trustworthy service at times when you are vulnerable and most require a helping hand from the providers you have trusted with the special skills and customer service.
