Company that doesn't care
This company doesn't care. Always when i have to receive income on the 1st of the month its a problem you 1st have to contact them thats when they see that you are worthy of receiving the funds. Today i reached out to them that on February i never had a problem the funds reflected on the second since the 1st of Feb was on a Sunday, mind you January i laid a complain i recorn since i did that is why never had issues with February. March we back on square one. When i told them that transport for my son is due that's all they could send, what about the remaining income? If you as a parents depend on that to cater for your child's needs you have to do the run around with this company.. Surely if they can make means to send the money for transport within 30min of my complain whats stopping the rest? All they care about is their returns as the company not the person who invested. Yoh this company.

Our generators run at midnight, the time that the funds are received is not in our control as we use an inhouse system, payments are not done manually on a monthly basis, this is why you recieved payment after you called, this was just a coincidence. We hope all is in order.
