Bad service at Kfc amardale in johannesburg.we have to push older people on the line because they are not calling out orders we have to stand next to the counter with your slip. When i spoke to the line manager she said she found it like that she cannot change how things were done... The service is bad its like we are given the food for free.
This company doesn't care. Always when i have to receive income on the 1st of the month its a problem you 1st have to contact them thats when they see that you are worthy of receiving the funds. Today i reached out to them that on February i never had a problem the funds reflected on the second since the 1st of Feb was on a Sunday, mind you January i laid a complain i recorn since i did that is why never had issues with February. March we back on square one. When i told them that transport for my son is due that's all they could send, what about the remaining income? If you as a parents depend on that to cater for your child's needs you have to do the run around with this company.. Surely if they can make means to send the money for transport within 30min of my complain whats stopping the rest? All they care about is their returns as the company not the person who invested. Yoh this company.
Second time having a bad experience in this kfc.. You order then pay then you have to follow a long queue with your slip to give to the person who will prepare your order. Why i they not calling people with the number on the slip and come and collect, you have to queue. And they are very slow and unbothered at that. I am not happy with my food was very cold and the time i spent waiting.
Good service ive been receiving from superbalist. My recent order i had to do an exchange, it was done in 3days i received my correct item. Thank you and keep it up.
Good day. I have an account with Telkom, my debit date is on the last day of the month. On the 28 October i paid Telkom using their app with a reference i was given. I then again on the 25th of November made a payment on the app again. I never had an issue or my service being interrupted. Only now on the 3rd of November i get an sms that my debit order is rejected. On the app it says your debit order will reflect on 3 working day. When I checked my statement it says i owe the R202 for a bounced debit order and i asked if its takes 3 working days how am i owing you guys, because the money would have reflected. I called their customer service and a lady Called Eugen Mnchunu(Manager) was not of help instead she said we can talk all day but i must bear in mind that i will still pay them whats due. Its not their fault that i paid my account in advance. Its not like i missed a payment, even if the money reflects at the later stage corrections should be made because i did pay.. She said if i refuse to pay the R202 its gonna pile up every month and am going to pay it like it or not. Their staff are very rude because the first consultant i spoke to hanged up the call when I explained my issue to her.. Can i please be assisted, because i can't pay the R202 i never missed there payment. I have proof of payment as well as a screenshot of their app saying 3 working days. Customer service is the worst when you need help.
Eastgate Kfc is the slowest. Even if you do the WhatsApp platform you will still get there and wait for your order.. Bad service they only assist people they know.
Insurances were added to my dstv account without my concern, when I noticed before paying my account i contacted them and they referred me to their insurance company, and i couldn't reach them for 2days i then decided to write them an email for them to cancel those insurances, the did. I paid my account on the 26 of March. Today on 3rd of April they decided to block my dstv because of a refund that their insurance company needs to pay.. And how am i part of that couldn't you resolve it without blocking the channels, cos its not like i didn't pay for the service. When i called your customer care i spoke to phindile and nontobeko or ntokozo...who both off them kept me on hold amd then dropped my call without me being assisted that was very rude and not a manner, i need compensation for my cellphone bill because both those calls took about 30min me holding for nothing.. Only for them to drop the calls on my ear. I am very ****ed and annoyed..
