Most Pathetic service that I have ever received!!!!
I started a claim in 2022 and it is still not sorted I have done 90% if the funds work for them and now I need to do more as the seem not competent to do there own job they can just as well pay me a salary to do there work for them, I have to beg for answers and they just prolong it more and more....
I don't know if it is a racial thing or a spiteful thing but it seems the only way to get this case settled is to take legal action against them as every step thar I take the put me 4 steps back... best would be to work through lawyer's from the start.
I honestly do not know what to do more, I have requested that the head of the claims department contact me but clearly the message is not being given..
