Shocking service
Most Pathetic service that I have ever received!!!! I started a claim in 2022 and it is still not sorted I have done 90% if the funds work for them and now I need to do more as the seem not competent to do there own job they can just as well pay me a salary to do there work for them, I have to beg for answers and they just prolong it more and more.... I don't know if it is a racial thing or a spiteful thing but it seems the only way to get this case settled is to take legal action against them as every step thar I take the put me 4 steps back... best would be to work through lawyer's from the start. I honestly do not know what to do more, I have requested that the head of the claims department contact me but clearly the message is not being given..

Shocking service
Most Pathetic service that I have ever received!!!! BAD SERVICE FIDELITY FUND
I have lodged my claim months ago and even they dont reply or help, i sent them my docs over 6 times, were to now. this is crazy, so attorneys can steal our money and no one cares, is this just the way people do there jobs in SA, so pist off

BAD SERVICE FIDELITY FUND
I have lodged my claim months ago and even they dont reply or help, i sent them my docs over 6 times, were to now. this is crazy, so attorneys can steal our money and no one cares, is this just the way people do there jobs in SA, so pist off

Indemnity insurance the real reason for rejecting even judgement
The Fidelity fund sells indemnity insurance to attorneys through LPIIF of which they are the sole share holder. This becomes the basis for accepting or rejecting claims and not the law. In fact, proving punitive loss suffered as a result of THEFT by attorney is the very basis they use for rejecting claims that have their insurance! As theft is not covered by they officially reject these claims with reasons mentioned nowhere else! They provide indemnity instead of fidelity. They sacrifice justice for greed and lie to the public about it. The law society just watches on.... Vested interest in th R 42 billion in assets of the Fund! , fund of last resort ha ha ha. They make a mockery of justice. ****k. Taljaard

FED UP WITH FID FUND

AND ALL THERE FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT RESTORING FAITH N JUSTICE SYSTEM IS BULL . tHEY ARE BIGGER FRAUDS THAN THE LAWYERS

Fidelity Fund - Gwaza Attorney - Mrs Simele Gwaza_property agent
Gwaza Attorney married to property agent who is the result we are trying to retrieve the purchasing funds. From where I am standing both the attorney and the agent are not to be trusted and should be investigated. As if the matter does not frustrates enough, the body who suppose to speed up resolution Attorneys Fidelity Fund drags their feet!!! It is now going to 2years without a definite answer whether the funds will be recovered or not! Someone advise if this office has an Ombudsman because it is ridiculous how it's managed!

From where I am standing both the attorney and the agent are not to be trusted and should be investigated. I sent and email to trustline of the Fidelity Fund , to be able to have a person with the required legal skill look at my case of me retrieving my money my attorney hoodwinked me off, Each time they make excuses or ask questions to further delay the case , yet the whole case was set out in steps , I submitted my case to the The Law Society for discliplinary , and the conduct of the attorney was so serious that it was referred to the council for Law Society and a decision was taken to strike this attorney off the role in Sa, That process too is taking too long, The attorney has lost my file , but they and giving her a right of reply , Once our judiciary is compromised , WE are dead as a county , I have written to the Justice Department of SA, as I would like to know who is the required body of Authority that oversees the conduct of the managers at the fidelity fund .

Incompetent
This company is very bad staff seem not to know what they are doing including management They just don't care about the clients files .I have got my file with them over a period of a year case not yet resolved.
