No managers on site to change a number on a business contract to a personal contract.
No Toilet rolls in Camping Abulution blocks for more than 12 hours. Security is good at reprimanding adults and children to keep quiet. How does one play in a pool with spashing, as one is not allowed to splash or laugh or talk at normal voice tome, Noise levels at camp site is not curbed consistently, late into the night and early parts of the morning with excessive loud music. A security guard shined his torch into our tent. This is an invasion of personal rights Buildings are not maintained, starting to be in a derelict stste
SAYS A CLAIM IS PAID, BUT MONEY DEPOSITED NOT CLEARED AFTER 2 DAYS SINCE 1.6.2022, NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS TO FINDOUT WHERE THE REFUND IS , YOU ARE SENT A PROOF OF PAYEMENT INSPITE OF CHECKING WITH YOUR BANK THAT THE MONEY IS NOT SITTING AT YOUR BANK, FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON

I went to Nedbank yesterday to do an Internet banking profile. It allowed me to log on and change my temp password. But gives error wen u try to call up your account to check it. Cannot transact on the prolfile at all
Stood in queue for one hour.In this time many people went to directly door , without being in Queue. When I enquired from the bank employee at the door if there is different Queue's for tellers and Enquiry , she replied that no. All will be served as they go into the bank. I approached the people at the from of the queue twice to request them to please question the people who are walking straight up to the door and are being allowed in as I was standing at least behind 20 people. The Third time I saw another person Go In I went to the door and requested to see the manager. The staff member informed me that the manager was not on site, yet another man standing about 15th in the Q WAS talking to her over the phone and confirmed she was at the bank and refused to come outside to deal with the confusion caused by the bank employees. One young man who was helping the public outside had no uniform or name tag on. He was one of them letting people into the bank who had not been standing in the line. One bank employee spoke to us via a glass wall. Two more female bank employees and spoke to us. The one bank employee explained to us that they are only allowing essential workers with a permit in ahead of the Q , this information was not given when I enquired this wen I first came to the bank at 11am. I was then let into the bank because of my permit. Inside I saw two people who came to the bank after me yet they had not stood in the Q. While inside the female staff member came and and complained about me being let in as now all people standing in Q had permits. I WENT to the staff member and enquired as to what the issue is...and informed all three of the staff members as they were to blame for not having clear , consistent rules printed and displayed for all to see. I informed them that they should verify the permit with the id of the person and that person can be let in ahead of all other persons in the Q. They agreed with me. I then waited to be called by the enquiry teller. There are was no written rules outside the bank for all to adhere to. STAFF GIVE ATTITUDE WEN YOU ASKED A QUESTION. I FINISHED AT THE BANK AT 2.45PM THIS IS PATHETIC.
