My daughters car only had door damage , its been with Renewit 2 weeks, and for 3 days its been in washing and QC. Now she asked is it ready to collect today they said not its not ready yet. So how long is a wash and QC, I strongly advice people to avoid using them as they are always do this they have a very bad rep as is, and now issues like this. Im in insurance and this i unheard of. so what is wrong now with the car. It was just a door damage, replacement, paint and done, To clean it for 3 days and qc it for 3 days is a little too much and they dont help and rude as hell, they dont phone back, they just not worth it. DO NOT use them people you will make a huge mistake. Ask around the stores I have heard about them will make your head spin. Some thing is seriously wrong here
I have still not received my refund from Makro even though they said they did refund me. its day 13 now. The excuse they give is an insult referring to the product i tried to purchase.
I bough a item online for R399 plus delivery, and next day they say they giving a refund then the mark the same item up to R999.00, now todate i have not got my product or my refund, to me this is false advertising and theft of my money. what happens now, People should watch put for Makro the really sneaky
Hi I have still not heard from the courier or any call's from Vodacom, are they doing this upgrade or not because I'm really getting very upset. Its disgusting that we have to chase up, complain and even then nothing gets done. What is wrong with Vodacom and this pathetic service. You should be ashamed if we dont pay you quick to lock our account. People should start a boycott , because the service sucks. I cannot take this company, maybe you should cancel all my contracts and let me walk away from a useless company and go to some one who can offer service.
Hi, app**** for a upgrade on my 1 contract, 5 days ago, now i have phone every day since trying to get an answer and spoke to about 6 people some even drop the line on a person, no one helps, now i have no idea who I have to beg for a reply, they get every thing wrong, everyone give me a different reply, so how do we deal with this incompetence , as Vodacom is really unbelievable, and now one can help and i must waist my time calling only to get now help at all. really PEOPLE should not use Vodacom they are really not worth our money they should be investigated , as for the staff dont they get training. sis I am really upset now even the CEO does not reply to the mails..
I have been with Teljoy a very long time, and always happy until i had a problem, but 1st i bought a fridge years agi, they delivered that day and it never worked they sent our a repair to repair it instead of giving me a new fridge, so i have a 2nd hand fridge s to speak. now i got a Tv which has a line in the screen. I lodged complaint they said they will send out a repairer, after 2 weeks i get a call, but i complained because why mst i have a new TV repaired when im renting to own, so they had to swop it out, they agreed and promised me latest thursday, oh its thursday 4 pm, so im deep upset still waiting because i had to take a days leave at my cost. im so angry wth the incompetence, and guys dont be fooled by the TELJOY ADDS, they dont live up to there promises or what they say in them, deeply disgusted. DO NOT RENT TO OWN ITS A SERIOUS ISSUE . NO SERVICE . DISGRACE
They are not very pleasant or helpful when phoning in for an appointment. Found the lady rude, like she was frustrated in helping me. I'm totally digusted
My order online was delivered to incorrect place, now I cannot get this place to sort out. I have had issues every time I buy from them. Never ever do they do the right thing
Hi i have sent 36 emails, 22 calls and still not received my delivery, they put in the wrong address, when i have had the same address 7 years and never had a problem, now there is one, its 3 weeks now and get the same lies and no delivery. can i speak to a manager or MD, as the service is a disgrace, Your staff is rude, and they uneducated clearly as they do not know what they doing, can some one assist. or pay me back... im pist off now
ONCE AGAIN a bad Service from Makro, another order and a rude driver, no deliver done yet because i never answered my phone after hours as on way home driving, phoned driver and he just gets rude tells me to answer phone, well working hours are 8 to 5 - to get a call after 6 and a sms at midnite... how does that work. NOW HOW LONG DOES THIS PLACE TAKE TO DELIVER
