I have been a customer of MTN now quite some time and never really had issues. but unfortunately that has changed in the last 4 weeks, it was time for me to upgrade and that is normally a exiting thing but it has become one of the most frustrating things I have tried 3 time do do an upgrade with no success the first time the just do not phone you!!! the second time go through the whole process just to get the device and then when you phone in its one excuse after the other and the the third and final time the prices on the website and what they have is just not the same thing!!!! what has happened to quick easy and good service ??? honest opinion move to the other service providers, because if something so simple has become such an effort what does the future hold.
I signed for a 2 year contract that has expired at the end of April 2024, it was explained to me that it will go over on a month to month basis now I want to stop using the membership and Virgin refuses to to cancel they want me to continue paying for something that I technically do not have anymore. please do not use virgin active as it seems they will milk you for every cent and have a million excuses not to cancel a contract that is no longer valid.
Most Pathetic service that I have ever received!!!! I started a claim in 2022 and it is still not sorted I have done 90% if the funds work for them and now I need to do more as the seem not competent to do there own job they can just as well pay me a salary to do there work for them, I have to beg for answers and they just prolong it more and more.... I don't know if it is a racial thing or a spiteful thing but it seems the only way to get this case settled is to take legal action against them as every step thar I take the put me 4 steps back... best would be to work through lawyer's from the start. I honestly do not know what to do more, I have requested that the head of the claims department contact me but clearly the message is not being given..
So I have had a policy with this company since 2016 every year the instalment increases, phone in today just to find out that if a stop the policy I get nothing thousands of rands waisted for nothing!!! so If I can not afford it anymore I just lose everything!!!! Please do not support this thieving company!!!!!!

I have been held on a line for a month now on a claim, they have come at me with every excuse under the sun not to honour the claim If you don't follow up every day with 2-3 emails you just get ignored, I have never seen this kind of service out of a company I have even taken them to the ombudsman just nothing helps save yourself the frustration time and money and go with another Broker if if they cost you more per month.

Pathetic service!!!!!! So it has been months that I have struggled with Telkom to take my debit order like the have for the last 4 years I have phoned in I have spoken to the collection agency I have tried it all, so today I payed the the outstanding amount and requested a call back. A lady phones me back I explained to here I made payment and so on can the please restore my internet connect and she said no 24hrs it will come back on and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, so my question is the is that what we as customers can expect from Telkom as a service provider ?
So Once again this absolute useless medical aid strikes again, after spending a hour on the phone to get hospital authorization for a procedure I am told that they need to send it trough to the underwrites for assessment as I have not been a year with the medical aid, so I pay R3000 a month for absolutely nothing as once again this pathetic medical aid can provide me with no service, when you ask to bet put through to a supervisor they transfer you to another department out out of spite this is a complete waist of time and money stay clear, I am no laying a complainant at the medical bord about them enough is enough
So here is another negative review for bonitas in 2 months time, I got a referral letter from a GP to go and see a specialist, go there pay the fee and submit it too then for a claim and basically just got a F@ck you to my face they are the most useless medical aid I have ever come across there rates are absolutely pathetic and the drop you in more debt the what its actually worth paying them every month !!!! please stay clear of Bonitas its much better not having a medical aid then being a customer of theirs!!!!
