-15/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. RUN!
If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Incredibly unprofessional. The people working in the claims department have no idea what to do and do not know basic telephonic etiquette. Extremely rude and they act like they know everything, the client is always wrong. I would never recommend this place ever, the best day of my life will be when this place closes down. My heart goes out to the people that fall for their bullcr*p

Pathetic service.
Stay clear of this company!!!! I have been held on a line for a month now on a claim, they have come at me with every excuse under the sun not to honour the claim If you don't follow up every day with 2-3 emails you just get ignored, I have never seen this kind of service out of a company I have even taken them to the ombudsman just nothing helps save yourself the frustration time and money and go with another Broker if if they cost you more per month.

Poor service all the time

Watch out for this company
So I did a claim for the first time ever on home and content for my cell phone, I was told no it quick and easy and what was said and what is not the same, they decided to repair the phone ordered parts came and collected the phone and they ordered the wrong parts now I have to wait 5 days for them to get parts and they just refuse to replace the phone now if you take into the consideration that I am losing income as I do sales!!!! and the amount they have taken from me in instalments it should be a no brainer to just replace but no!!!! and all of this on top of the frustration in January where they tried and take thousands from be again for one of their mistakes, please keep your eyes open with this company!!!!!

Don't waste your time with them Don't do your FQ or RE by them. You have to ask the same questions over and over again mails get ignored , rude owner - Telkom operates better than this place . you ask the same questions over and over again no feedback what so ever at all just a completely useless manager/owner

The worst service in my life and biased assesment
This has to be the worst insurer out there on the market. i am covered with them through a broker Runis Campher brokers and they are pathetic. firstly customer service is non existent here and their claims team are out to make sure their company never pays any claims. i have waited two weeks for feedback on a claim for a laptop and then they tell me its rejected as their assesor said the laptop was purposefully damaged by hand. i am not satisfied at all PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY they are running a mickey mouse operation.
