We ordered and paid for 5 Big Mac meals and 1 Grand Chicken Special meal. Got home and only had 4 Big Mac meals and 1 disgusting Grand Chicken Spicy meal. The drive-thru staff clearly cannot count or read the correct orders and just give you anything to get you out the queue. Not to mention the ****ty attitude of the server
Placed an order in Uber Eats and CLEARY SELECTED MY DELIVERY TIME SLOT. The delivery driver arrived much earlier at my place of work knowing he is not in the time slot and im unable to collect outside the time slot. I even messaged him to tell him this. He marked my order as delivered(stole my money) left no food and drove off by the time it was 13:00 and I went outside. I tried to call him. It goes to voicemail. I reported this on the app they tell me the driver waited the stipulated time frame. When I enquired when the stipulated time frame starts from, they close my query. How did he wait when 13:00 he was not outside like he was supposed to be. Refund my money you *******!!!
Does not even deserve 1 star rating. Placed two orders that was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo. My order was then sent to DPD laser for delivery and was collected from Buffalo 29/03/2024. 5days later and my order is still not at their warehouse for delivery to take place. This is beyond pathetic. They can’t tell me where my order is or when I will receive it. They just completely useless. They have no professional process. Do they even know how to run a delivery company? Clearly not if they lose clients deliveries so easily

Numerous emails were sent to HRBP NhlakaniphoD@miway.co.za requesting for compulsory Payroll documents. No responses after such a long time of requesting such. No updates or anything.

A fraudulent transaction came off my account. No authority was given for the transaction. I called the fraudline and was told i need to tell the fraudster to return my own money. Where do i track down someone I dont even know. As a banking client i feel very unsafe after being told this. And will no longer be using this bank. For all i know this bank is working with the fraudster and covering it up
I cancelled, settled and returned the device on a Rain subscription early 2021. Few months back i get called again for their device which they know they have received and acknowledged they receive. Today i had money stolen from my account. They had no authority to take money from me without my knowledge and consent. I want my money back!!! They rendered me no service since i cancelled. So for what are you stealing peoples money????
Requested for my order to be cancelled and for proof of the cancellation on 10/06/2022. It is 14/06/2022 and I did not receive proof of the cancellation. I had to pay cash at the branch and they billed my credit card. 2 payments for 1 thing. I was told I will be refunded. Still no refund. They have no idea how to run an online business
