So I did a claim for the first time ever on home and content for my cell phone, I was told no it quick and easy and what was said and what is not the same, they decided to repair the phone ordered parts came and collected the phone and they ordered the wrong parts now I have to wait 5 days for them to get parts and they just refuse to replace the phone now if you take into the consideration that I am losing income as I do sales!!!! and the amount they have taken from me in instalments it should be a no brainer to just replace but no!!!!
and all of this on top of the frustration in January where they tried and take thousands from be again for one of their mistakes, please keep your eyes open with this company!!!!!
