Pathetic service.

Stay clear of this company!!!! I have been held on a line for a month now on a claim, they have come at me with every excuse under the sun not to honour the claim If you don't follow up every day with 2-3 emails you just get ignored,

I have never seen this kind of service out of a company I have even taken them to the ombudsman just nothing helps save yourself the frustration time and money and go with another Broker if if they cost you more per month.
