I lodged a complaint about a water pipe that went , I paid R1500 out of my own pocket , after lodging the complain someone called me and said they would assist with a refund and send me an e-mail to send the invoice to , still waiting for that e-mail - then before I bought the car there were some repairs to do , they asked for a R5000 deposit before starting with the repairs and I was told that I will get it back same day that I take delivery , I took delivery and needed to send a copy of my ID and proof of bank - I did this last week Wednesday already , still waiting for that refund and now I've been told i could wait another 4 to 5 days ????so its fine for them to ask for the money to start repairs immediately but when I want it back then its ok to take your time ? on top of that as part of the repairs that was done the person who replaced the shocks never tightened the tire rod end and it come lose , if that happened on the highway I would of rolled the car and lost my life possible - when does the headache stop ?
every 3 months or so they just don't deduct and cancel my vitality WHY ??? why not call me and advise the debit did not go through , in fact why did you not deduct as there is funds ? every time I need to call and hear a consultant say I don't know why it cancelled , I called in twice and the call was dropped on the first and 2nd call , why don't you even call back ??
Don't waste your time with them Don't do your FQ or RE by them. You have to ask the same questions over and over again mails get ignored , rude owner - Telkom operates better than this place . you ask the same questions over and over again no feedback what so ever at all just a completely useless manager/owner
i keep on phoning Discovery medical aid and each time i finally get connected to an advisor they just drop the call - as soon as it connects the advisor just drops the call
Uber eats takes my money then after wards tells me that the store is closed and on top of that the order does not even show - so the help service does not even work as there is no order to select to report a problem !!! how pathetic !!

so week nr 3 still waiting on my claim to be paid out !!! my wife phoned in to submit a claim (we had to pay cash at the Doc and claim back) first they tell her no they cant help her since her e-mail does not show on the medical aid policy - after I phoned in and wanted to submit the claim that consultant tells me no that my wife is on there and they should of helped her but I must give him the e-mails that my wife send - I don't have them so I go back to my wife and tell her to resent the claim as they must help her attached everything just to get a mail back saying there is no attachments (now the problem is completely gone about she not being on the policy somehow ) mailed them again with the information in still to today nothing so here we go with week nr 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! want to finish this year and move to Momentum this is not how a business should work !!!!
i wanted to go onto my banking app since I swapped phones but I cant remember my username that I created - so I phoned in to try and get my username - phone picked up by someone who sounds like they are busy dying on the inside with no enthusiasm at all just to take all of my details and then tell me no he cant tell me that information I must go in to the store - what's the point of a client care call centre then anyway and why take my details if you cant help anyway ????????
<p>most useless employes ever, how can one person help you with just your ID nr and when they drop the call cause they are tired and want to chat to the person next to them or put you on hold on and off , an the next person can't help you with an ID they need the land line nr, I JUST WANT TO FIX MY INTERNET !!!!!!!!! is it so hard just for telkom to once do something or are they always going to **** a person off and be useless please fire every one at outsurance and get some rocks to do the jobs, better manners, smarter and happier !!!!</p>
