Terrible people. Terrible services.

Terrible Experience. Do not waste your time with these agents. Rude, impatient and ***********. I have voice notes of Makkie raising her voice at me. I arranged my move for 31 Jan (which took about 5 hours) and they send the handyman at 08:00 to do the inspection while their are boxes, dust, tabled and chairs everywhere. They sent the guy in the middle of the move. I told him to come back when I was finished, and then he only shows up at 16:00 for the inspection, also claiming he arrived at 08:00 with a hangover...??

I had to leave the premises to follow my moving truck to the new destination, and they expected me to stay and do the inspection in the morning when the move isnt complete?

Such a sloppy and untidy company. First when I moved in, they used pictures of the house standing alone. Then when I saw the unit, there was construction all over the place and no one thought to mention this?? To mention Gustav too, this guy is so uninvolved.

I hope this reaches the highest point of attention.
