Terrible Experience. Do not waste your time with these agents. Rude, impatient and ***********. I have voice notes of Makkie raising her voice at me. I arranged my move for 31 Jan (which took about 5 hours) and they send the handyman at 08:00 to do the inspection while their are boxes, dust, tabled and chairs everywhere. They sent the guy in the middle of the move. I told him to come back when I was finished, and then he only shows up at 16:00 for the inspection, also claiming he arrived at 08:00 with a hangover...?? I had to leave the premises to follow my moving truck to the new destination, and they expected me to stay and do the inspection in the morning when the move isnt complete? Such a sloppy and untidy company. First when I moved in, they used pictures of the house standing alone. Then when I saw the unit, there was construction all over the place and no one thought to mention this?? To mention Gustav too, this guy is so uninvolved. I hope this reaches the highest point of attention.
Typing this on 08/10/2025. Yesterday the driver delivering my package updated me and said hes on his way with my item. Later in the afternoon, I phone him and he says he had to do something at home and promised delivery the next morning. The next morning (today) he sent me a msg saying that he does not have fuel and is waiting for his brother to send him money for petrol??? Unprofessional services.

The start up and join was very quick, within an hour. To get rid of this, is timeous and painful. My final Payment was made on 28 Jan, my creditor sent the final documents to confirm this. I constantly had to follow up myself, just for the same generic feedback, that they are waiting for documents. I only found out on 3 March that I owe them an additional R3000 for fees owed to them, I was using this service for 3 weeks, People, please make sure that you want to do this before making the decision, the only reason it becomes cheaper, is because instead of paying the bank for 5 years as per loan agreement, you pay FinFix a lower amount, but over 8-10 years. Be careful, this company has cost me income because of their negligence. Their staff are clueless. My consultant's only reply is "I will make sure and get back to you" because he does not know what he is doing. It is every persons response...
Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. As soon as possible clearly means something else to them. ETA was 30 minutes, came 80 minutes later. Will never use this service again, and will pass the message on to other clients.
I requested a quote for a move, Marie-Louise Van Wijk then processed the request and when sending me the quote, never attached the actual document, and after days of multiple requests, I still havent received anything and I went with another mover. 1 star purely based on communication and lack of urgency for clients.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was a victim of assault and was taken to hospital, and the following week I was sorting out the medical side of things, and AGS Health refused to pay any of the medical expenses. And I have been following up with the CEO cc'd in the mails, but I get no response. This is a terrible choice of medical insurance.
