Fantastic Customer Service

My brother bought me a Fenn. Bag for my birthday in December, and I was in love with it.

It was the greatest concept I had seen in ages. Being a new mommy, I had been walking around with my maternity bags and I was yet to trade them out.

The Fenn. Bag was amazing, I could wash it, exchange the inners and the straps, and it is big enough to chuck in what I need for my toddler as I am rushing out the house.

Much to my dismay, as I started to use the bag my one strap decided to break. It was a disappointment as it was a brand new bag.

Nevertheless, the disappointment was short lived - I brought it to their attention and Fenn. and Shereen came through for me! They shipped me replacement straps and they arrived timeously!

I want to say thank you for the excellent customer service and I will be back soon for my next bag!
