I’m not happy with their service, I placed an order on the 27th last month and I haven’t receive my order yet and if I called them they don’t sound so bothered in fact they don’t care, so unprofessional and they sent an email to give them my bank details so that they will request a refund for me.

I own a Fenn Hand bag and purchased an interchangeable handbag strap. After a few months the handle covering began to peel off. I contacted Customer Care. There was no hesitation on their part to replace my straps\handles. I received a phone call to confirm the replacement handles and within 2 days I have received my new straps which were couriered to me by Express services no less. Thank you very much for this outstanding service.

Bought a bag 1 handle broke after a second use, logged a complain and handle was replaced within a week, disappointed on how expensive the bag was yet the knob of the handles looks & feels very cheap, For now I'm just happy the problem was solved.

What a useless product. Bag handle *****s unraveled every day and ***** finally broke. Stitching also came undone on straps. No response when I contacted Fenn. Took it back to retailer and now waiting for new straps and *****s. Want to throw the bag away but don’t want to add to landfill. I’d like to know what happens to the many broken unwanted Fenn bags. No mention on the Fenn website of any sustainability measures.

My brother bought me a Fenn. Bag for my birthday in December, and I was in love with it. It was the greatest concept I had seen in ages. Being a new mommy, I had been walking around with my maternity bags and I was yet to trade them out. The Fenn. Bag was amazing, I could wash it, exchange the inners and the straps, and it is big enough to chuck in what I need for my toddler as I am rushing out the house. Much to my dismay, as I started to use the bag my one strap decided to break. It was a disappointment as it was a brand new bag. Nevertheless, the disappointment was short lived - I brought it to their attention and Fenn. and Shereen came through for me! They shipped me replacement straps and they arrived timeously! I want to say thank you for the excellent customer service and I will be back soon for my next bag!

Poor service ordered my Fenn bag on the 5 Feb 2023 till now no communication nothing and still not received the bag...I call every second day all Im getting is empty promises....so please think before placing an order with them I just want to cancel everything POOR Service
