19 Jan 2024 at 06:37 Dstv please fix my account or refund my December subscription money that I paid on the 21 December 2023 this can't be going on like this calling you every second day to reconnect me .....guys this is pathetic..I do not owe you.,.this is ridiculous faith M’s reply 19 Jan 2024 at 12:34 I called MultiChoice again today a lady by the name of Noluvuyo answered my call and I explained my situation and and she tells me that I have to pay for the debit order that's going off tomorrow I said to her NO we cannot be talking about the future pmnt whereas there's an issue with the current payment.....clearly she doesn't know what she's doing....then the call cuts off I had to phone again the very same lady answered my call and she started laughing with her friends from the background ..I'm done with DStv can somebody please sort out this mess and hope that you are not going to do a double debit this month......OH I have never dealt with such *********** ...... assomblief fix this and all the monies spent calling you every day
I'm so sick and tired of MultiChoice, I have been calling them every week as my subscription is been cancelled every second day stating that they never received payment of which payment was done account up to date, every single day after calling them they apologies and fixit then it happens again I'm so tired of them and feeling helpless . This is not the first time I'm experiencing problems with this people and I keep going back I think maybe I should just calcel subscription and have my peace. The sad part is that you will never get to speak to their manager to resolve a problem they always not available either ur call will be terminated then ull have to call back again
Poor service ordered my Fenn bag on the 5 Feb 2023 till now no communication nothing and still not received the bag...I call every second day all Im getting is empty promises....so please think before placing an order with them I just want to cancel everything POOR Service
Poor quality and workmanship also disgusting customer service 🙄 I bought a pair of sandals in September never worn them just once in November at a wedding for 3 hours when I got home realise that it was torn damaged in front I took it back the next day and explain to them the lady asked if I tripped on something said no cause I believe that it's poor quality she insisted that I did they just said Iust leave the shoe and someone will call with that attitude failing to understand that I bought the shoe cause I liked it and not in mercy of them to help me because they work for poetry No I just need some honesty an no favouritism I remember one of them is called mandy In 2 days got a call from vee with a manager's attitude to say No they can't fix nor repair the shoe I must come fetch it ....Vee that is my hard earned money I used to buy that shoe I didn't trip on anything it's poor quality I bought can someone please realise and sort this out.... customer service and business values POETRY. Poor service and neglecting I have been on the phone for an hour trying to speak to a consultant I called the first time and spoke to a guy by the name of Keane Arenze whom I explained my problem to him ...that old mutual is debiting my account before the agreed date if there is money they take it and obviously sometimes they not going to get it as it is not the agreed date when I took out my policies which I had with them for more than 10 years ...the Keane guy he said he can't help but to transfer me to a senior consultant and when the so called senior answers he refused to give me his name and transferred me to the switch board, the third person answered and requested his name he also transferred I listened to the background music for more than 30 minutes..the last person I spoke to was a lady who also put me on hold. Old mutual i just need clarification of why you debiting before the agreed date and when you don't find money you don't go back on the correct date after 12 days you come back and tell me that my policy is in arrears...whereas for 10 years I have never skipped premiums. This is really frustrating because now I'm worried should I have a claim as usual with insurance policies they are going to give me stories. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible
<p>good day, what a bad service im experiencing with vodacom it seems no one is prepared to look at my account and resolve it, vodacom can we please cancel this deal im really frustrated, i have been communicating with Masechaba from vodacom and she wasnt the person i was dealing with also dealt with a lady by the name of Ntombi i upgraded my contract in december 2016 and it wasnt properly done as i didnt get my data loaded as promissed from beginning of dec was told that their system crushed so they couldnt load my data fine i understood then ecpected to get data in january nothing happened still i had to call in and fight for it to be loaded , march same story then come april it ws loaded in may i went to pay my normal instaalment i was told it went up i have to pay R598.00 i think... i refused and told them that i was not advised by anyway on top of that The gentlement by the name of chicco who was assisting me at Absa vodashop in main street he wasnt even interested with anything just gave me the phone to speak to a consultant without saying any word still Ntombi couldnt assist me from your contact centre i requested her not to block my phone and she advised me to pay R349 i think which i paid in April , may i spoke to Masechaba she promissed to escalate my problem and advised to pay R349.00 as well which i did now im getting emails that my account is in arrears how i really dont know VODACOM PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT I DIDNT SIGN FOR A R598.00 CONTRACT OTHERWISE ADVISE HOW TO CANCEL THIS DEAL I DONT REMEBER SIGNING FOR R598 AND I CANT AFFORD IT ITS MONTH END I NEED TO GO PAY MY ACCOUNT OR CANCEL IT .
