We own a stanley flask 1.9 L which is about 5 years old. The stopper has disintegrated and we cannot cannot seem to find any agent who is willing to assist us in replacing the stopper. Its an expensive flask and the stoppers life span is just not commensurate with the rest of the flask or price at all. We are about to throw it away.
I ordered an arrangement of flowers and have to say that i dont mind buying flowers if its money well spent. We all know how expensive flowers are and do buy them in good faith. Hard to know whether flowers will last more than a day or two. However this is not my complaint. My dissatisfaction is around the very poorly arranged gift that my recipient received. I have a photo to justify my complaint. Flowers have been thrown in to the vase without any floral arranging knowhow. Very disappointing for the recipient too. No recipient is going to phone you when they have just received a gift from you, and say that the arrangement never lasted or is below standard. I asked for lemony arrangement and in there were peach colored carnations. Netflorist, use white flowers if you dont have suitable colors. I dont want a second rate arrangement for my hard earned money. I will look around for another virtual florist.
I own a Fenn Hand bag and purchased an interchangeable handbag strap. After a few months the handle covering began to peel off. I contacted Customer Care. There was no hesitation on their part to replace my straps\handles. I received a phone call to confirm the replacement handles and within 2 days I have received my new straps which were couriered to me by Express services no less. Thank you very much for this outstanding service.
My family and I have used Lowveld Link travel for around 25 years and have found the service to be amazing. I never hesitate to use them for my travel between Nelspruit and Johannesburg as they have a scheduled stop in Sandton which is very suitable for me. And of course the airport is a scheduled stop too.

Thank you Wilma for attending to the matter regarding the poor service we initially received at the outset of our trip. Our driver certainly travelled with care and I need to compliment him on a safe and caring drive to our destination. Wilma thank you for ensuring that we can expect more attentive service from Limetime Shuttle going forward and I will certainly make use of them again.
My daughter and her child of 4 years old and I travelled back from the airport to Nelspruit on Sunday 30 July on 10h15 scheduled bus service. We had very clearly arranged for two seats to be next to each other for my daughter and her 4 year old. We had our own child car seat, duly noted by the office. For some reason the bus company had brought their own car seat along. All the more reason and ease for the driver to have secured the seats for us. We arrived at the airport bus terminal in time to embark. The driver clearly had not allocated two seats for my daughter. The driver didnt concern himself with that fact at all. I should not have had to enter the bus and ask passengers to move. I had to ask the passengers if anyone was willing to move so that my daughter could be seated next to her child. The obvious position for the child car seat and her mother would have been right behind the driver. Those are the seats that should have been reserved. There is absolutely no leg room for the child on a long trip to be able to stretch her legs in the majority of the seating which resulted in a very uncomfortable drive for her.
