They are super annoying..you pay fast shipping they don’t ship fast they add it on economy free shipping instead You send them messages they talk to you like a fool lying that they already send the parcel with courier guy yet Courier guy says they dont have the parcel ..their service is super bad if i knew i was never going to order from them

Hurt by Buffalo treatment
Customer care is rude and if they answer you are lucky …the app was saying my parcel is discarded and when i call they say its a lie until the sender refunded me then i told them but,they are refusing to refund my custom fee of R702 They are just a bunch of heartless people
