Terrible Service

Service is really terrible at the Springs branch. I placed an order at 5pm. The order only arrived after 6:30pm and it was done incorrectly. I immediately called the store to rectify the order and they said that they will send the driver back. At 7:30pm still no driver and no feedback. Nobody calls to give you an update. I called again at 8:30pm and they still haven't sent the diver at this time. 3 and a half hours after placing my order and still cannot enjoy the meal. If I could give less stars I would. Being busy is not an excuse to make a customer wait 4 hours like this.
