Luna Fibre is the ISP provider
As indicated on the portal I just logged into 16:20 on 02/08/2024 our wifi has been suspended due to an over due account..this is utter ****.
You will see that our account was paid on 31/07/2024 and will see on the attached as proof of payment.
So I would like to find out why our wifi has been suspended as I have made payments as I would all previously payments which you then DID receive.
I am constantly having *** *** *** service from you and just receiving excuses from your side...after making payment you suspend my wifi and how am I supposed to work now or function at home as everything is reliant on wifi.
I have made payment and now you pull this ****, your admin team is *** *********** and need restructuring in your company.
Your client service is atrociously **** and I most certainly will leave a comment on hello peter.
I EXPECT WIFI TO BE WORKING BY TOMORROW 03/08/2024 .
