Luna Fibre is the ISP provider As indicated on the portal I just logged into 16:20 on 02/08/2024 our wifi has been suspended due to an over due account..this is utter ****. You will see that our account was paid on 31/07/2024 and will see on the attached as proof of payment. So I would like to find out why our wifi has been suspended as I have made payments as I would all previously payments which you then DID receive. I am constantly having *** *** *** service from you and just receiving excuses from your side...after making payment you suspend my wifi and how am I supposed to work now or function at home as everything is reliant on wifi. I have made payment and now you pull this ****, your admin team is *** *********** and need restructuring in your company. Your client service is atrociously **** and I most certainly will leave a comment on hello peter. I EXPECT WIFI TO BE WORKING BY TOMORROW 03/08/2024 .
Waited the entire day for them to deliver my order and a no show Utterly pathetic customer service Specified delivery date was today and waiting all day for this **** company with no feedback
They are *****’s after stopping the debit order at Capitec branch they still manage to steel my money out of my account flyer giving a months notice to cancel my car insurance Utterly **** company and I am going to cancel every single insurance or and service for have with them Stay clear of this atrociously **** shot **** company
This dealership is one to avoid. CLIENT SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND AFTER SALES IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN'AS MY WIFE HAS HAD THIS CAR VW POLO SEDAN FOR 2 MONTHS AND BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS 4 TIMES IN 2MONTHS WITH ONLY LIES AND EXCUSES WHERE NOW I HAD TO CANCEL MY DEAL TO GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY.
I sent an email 4 may 2023 with regards to my insurance premium query and I have to this very day not receive a response on my mail Client service after signing up..atrociously bad
I lodged a claim and the service has been atrocious and not even a call back Useless useless useless DO NOT TALE THIS INSURANCE
Utterly **** service and consultants are soooooo incompetent about assistance After cancelling my policy 2months ago they still deduct money which they refuse to reverse or pay me back the money they took from me as they say that’s their policy I will never recommend them to anybody and WILL tell and spread the word about their uselessness and Thieving tendencies

I applied for the new fibre deal they have going on where they fail to mention any waiting period only when its time for connection,the problems start however when having to talk to very very rude sales admin support who only gives you lines from a script and no answers and treating me as a customer horribly. I have had 3 different script replies from 3 different sales support consultants which makes everything so much more confusing and difficult, not one consultant can actually tell me when I will be able to use the service I am paying for. REGRET not looking at different option as one expects a great service from a long standing company as this.
I had a complaint with regards to my online banking where I called in and stated I can not make payment and was actually treated sooooo rudely and still without any assistance where I can not make any payments what so ever, call center/consultant is no help what so ever. I mentioned that I should perhaps change Banks where my money would actually be available for my use when I need it, where the consultant just said OKAY HAVE A NICE DAY and then ended the call. Did not think losing customers and creating a bad name for her company would be so easily accepted...made my choice easier. Honest opinion ,FNB has useless service and def no competent call centers and would recommend to anyone to stay away from FNB at all costs.
