They are forever off line. You are in a meeting as you are working from home and all of a sudden no connection. It happens on a daily basis. Even on Old Years Eve and on 1 January 2026, connection issues. We stay in a complex where we are only allowed to make us of them. I have to work back the time I were not able to work like in the evening. Inconsiderate and inconvenient of them as due to their pathetic service, I must work in my personal time.

Luna Fibre is the ISP provider As indicated on the portal I just logged into 16:20 on 02/08/2024 our wifi has been suspended due to an over due account..this is utter ****. You will see that our account was paid on 31/07/2024 and will see on the attached as proof of payment. So I would like to find out why our wifi has been suspended as I have made payments as I would all previously payments which you then DID receive. I am constantly having *** *** *** service from you and just receiving excuses from your side...after making payment you suspend my wifi and how am I supposed to work now or function at home as everything is reliant on wifi. I have made payment and now you pull this ****, your admin team is *** *********** and need restructuring in your company. Your client service is atrociously **** and I most certainly will leave a comment on hello peter. I EXPECT WIFI TO BE WORKING BY TOMORROW 03/08/2024 .

Useless FNO, I was charged by them to install Fibre which was already provided for by our village complex. R1250 as we recently relocated. We are still waiting 7days for internet connection. So still no wifi!! I used frog foot before, excellent service!! I would NOT recommend Fibe Geeks to anyone. DONT USE THEM

Useless FNO, I was charged by them to install Fibre which was already provided for by our village complex. R1250 as we recently relocated. We are still waiting 7days for internet connection. So still no wifi!! I used frog foot before, excellent service!! I would NOT recommend Fibe Geeks to anyone. DONT USE THEM

We have no Internet again, Fibre Geeks has replaced 4 boxes in 18 months, they have gone home for the weekend, their support services says I must call RSA WEB, when you call RSA Web, you wait for ages, if you try and log a query it does not go through. Must I wait until Monday to get an Internet connection which i pay for? I have had a procedure done in hospital today, I am in pain, I cannot deal with this bad bad bad service, anybody got advice? Ticket Number FG#59927

Do not let these people put a fibre cable in your complex, they cut off internet service providers without any notice and you as the customer will be out of service and have to hunt for a new provider which results in a lot of extra costs.

I've never seen such a poor service, we've been experiencing a problem with our wifi, we called them yesterday they couldnt fix it over the phone, they promised to deploy one of their technicians first thing this morning, he never came, they confirmed that he will be here at 14:30 when we enquired, still he didnt show up. We enquired again and they telling us that they cant get hold of their technician and no one is available. We working from home we depending on this wifi to work so that means today we didnt work. We need this wifi as in yesterday.
