Abongile is the best in tech support and goes out of his way to assist while the rest of the support team couldn’t care less if my wifi was connected or not. I was going to change to a new Isp because of poor service but he convinced me to stay. Overall wifi experience is great with RSAweb but support not great. Abo is the best and I appreciate the extra mile he walked to assist.
No stars, not even 1 because of absolutely NOOO service at all. Same complaint as the rest of the reviews. What a terrible company. Definitely would not recommend them ever
t seems that Samsung can not deliver on what they promise. I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ULTRA 2 months ago. This purchase came with a Samsung 32" HD TV. Still waiting for my TV as promised by Samsung. Six phone calls to Samsung dealing with 6 different call center agents, all promising to escalate my claim. Emailed the verify team and my name is NEVER on THE list. I am still without my television as promised by Samsung. The deal is an absolute hoax and I recommend that consumers stay away from the Samsung product and brand as it is a brand with zero ethics and empty promises.
Recently joined Virgin Active Point mainly to make use of the indoor pool. The water is super cold, might as well swim in an outdoor pool, not heated at all. I am paying R1050 per month but not able to use the pool, the reason i joined. Have tried to raise the issue but no luck in fixing it. This is disappointing
i have been with ABSA for over 20 years now. Have a personal loan with Capitec and trying to get ABSA (for 6 months now) to take over the loan (balance transfer). The service i get is non existent and its been months now. ABSAs online loan application system is beyond pathetic. ABSA is a big disappointment

Worst customer service in the world. I opened an account and made my 1st purchase of R8000 +. When i tried to use my card again i was told my card was blocked. For whatever reason i dont know. Decided this is ridiculous and ill just pay my account and close it. Have tried to create an online profile for 6 months now and ALWAYS technical issues...... Emailed them a couple of times - NOOOOOO response. Now that my account is paid in full trying to close it is a nightmare!! No reply, nothing!!! MR Price Home on the other hand..... THE BEST customer service in the world. Although I really loved the @Home products, I would rather compromise a bit on the quality and go to MRP Home than dealing with @Home!! Really disappointing!
This has been going on now for a year + I bought a bmw through bmw finance and traded in my VW beetle financed through Wesbank. BMW was supposed to settle my account and I even got a paid up letter from you guys. In 2017 I did a credit check and realized I still have a Wesbank account? I contacted Wesbank and even though I got a paid up letter in 2015, stating my account is paid in full, I still owed R4000 and something…… I paid it immediately, although I wasn’t aware of this amount and no one contacted me for 2 years to say I owe R4000 and something. This year, 2018, I contacted Wesbank to remove this issue from my records, as it wasn’t my fault in the 1st place but until now, still affecting my credit record…… I tried to get approval for finance through VW financial services about 2 months ago but was denied. I then contacted VW and they apologized and approved me at a 9 point something interest rate. Yesterday I applied for finance again and again it wasn’t approved, meaning I have to contact VW again to sort this out. I will never recommend Wesbank to anyone as they are incompetent and did not do what was expected of them and now im sitting with the mess I didnt create
Ordered a table online, waited almost 2 weeks for the delivery. The drilling on this item is completely incorrect, had to wait another 2 weeks for them to contact me to swap for a new table so i decided to take it back to a store and ask for a refund! Still haven't received the refund as the Canal Walk store employee said they are not part of the online store and have to wait for the online store to come collect and refund me. Pathetic service to say the least.
