Disgusting customer service.
Your service is disgusting, i sent my cellphone for repairs on the 19/02/2024, I still haven't received it back I've been told lies. I tried calling you contact center number I always get a message that the number is currently busy. Please cancel my contract with you ASAP, I cannot continue paying for a cellphone that I don't have.

Pathetic customer service.
I have a cellphone contract with Blu Label Connect, on the 19th of Feb I sent it to them for repairs and I was told it takes 7 to 14 working days. After 14 days I called them to check the status as i never received any call from them. I was told its still on repairs, but no one is giving me updates, no communication from them. I called again this morning I was told that it was sent to the supplier. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, she told me that its finished its just waiting to be dispatched but couldn't confirm when. Their stories don't match. I need them to tell me when am I getting my cellphone, I cant be paying for something that i don't have.

Disgusting service
I've never seen such a poor service, we've been experiencing a problem with our wifi, we called them yesterday they couldnt fix it over the phone, they promised to deploy one of their technicians first thing this morning, he never came, they confirmed that he will be here at 14:30 when we enquired, still he didnt show up. We enquired again and they telling us that they cant get hold of their technician and no one is available. We working from home we depending on this wifi to work so that means today we didnt work. We need this wifi as in yesterday.

Very poor service
Very poor service, staff just don't care, we reported an issue with our wifi connection we were promised someone will come to sort it out today, no one came we enquired during the day we were told that he will be here at 14:30 but he never showed up. We called again only to be told that the technician is not available on his phone. W depending on this wifi as we are working from home. So that means today we didnt work. Instead of sending someone else they just decided not to do anything. How Pathetic.
