They are forever off line. You are in a meeting as you are working from home and all of a sudden no connection. It happens on a daily basis. Even on Old Years Eve and on 1 January 2026, connection issues. We stay in a complex where we are only allowed to make us of them. I have to work back the time I were not able to work like in the evening. Inconsiderate and inconvenient of them as due to their pathetic service, I must work in my personal time.
I had to move and my rent is R4000 more. I have sent 10 emails to Truworths for payments arrangements. I will get 10 calls a day even on a Saturday and Sunday to make payments. I am now getting panic attacks as they are harassing me. I have my account with them for 30 years..I am 57 years and this is not TCF..this is a disgrace and I am still waiting for the Complaints department to answer my emails.
I went to Miladys Cape Gate to update my address details. The consultant informed me that she must phone Head Office. Excuse me, every other clothing stores like Foschini and Truworths updated my details in store on their system. How pathetic is Miladys that you must phone them. Then consultant informed me that it's a Saturday and the update cannot be done. I am going to close my account as I cannot grasp the fact that the Miladys are so pathetic that an address change can not be done in the store. Are they still in the Stoneage
The past 14 days I have send 4 emails to the Customer Care, complaints department and eventually to the CEO office. After 14 days I have not received any feedback from neither the CEO office, customer care or complaints department. There is an issue with the deduction every month. I then did EFT and requested detailed account compilation , but to no avail.

Wow wow wow...excellent service. The consultant and courier service went a extra mile. The consultant phoned me daily to keep me informed ." all the Dis-chem branches" assisted by looking for a size 10 heat socks for my son. The socks were delivered just now. My son has Raynauds phenomenon and really needs nice warm socks.
Dear Andre, Keith I just wanted to thank you for your service and assistance on Friday. Keith had to brave heavy "standstill" traffic on Friday afternoon after 16:00 hours to deliver my medication. And I also want to thank each and every one of the Sanlamhof branch and the Okavango branch for everything they had done for me and my husband. Knorr cook in a bag is awesome but somehow I can't find it in the stores no longer
I applied for a MRP store card online and it was successful. Now 10 days later I still don't know at which branch I can go and fetch the card. I have been to the nearest branch but the consultant couldn't trace my information on the system. I have been to the branch twice. I emailed the CEO of Mr Price two days ago because I have sent 4 emails to MRP but I have not received any response from any consultant yet.
