Vumatel is just so inconsiderate. I have been using vumatel line for 5 years. When I subscribed they did a bad installation and made me sign I did not know it was my first time to have fibre line home.
I then contacted them to show them how things was getting worse they Manager Stephanie Tape contacted me to tell me they will do a reinstallation free of charge however it's did not happened.
Today I have no connectivity the sun ruined the wire inside sending me a quote rude customer service ,rude manager I just want my line to be first tomorrow as I'm working from home they just do give a damn about people when jobs are at stake here. Emailing the managing so unprofessional no response more than 4 emails
