Hi There, I am disputing the fee of reinstallation as the installation was not made properly. I have suffered for 5 days without connectivity. Justin the technician knows about thiscmatter since he was the one who was sent so many times for investigation and he reported that the line was poorly installed... It's not my fault yet I was charged when the consequence of that line happened. I paid R1553 I want my money to be refunded please this is so unfair and inconsiderable from Vumatel (britelinkmct) for a client with you for 5 years now
Hi there, I have no connectivity for three days. Been using Vumatel line for 5 years now my provider is Afrihost the best actually. My installation was not well done I have contacted britelinkmct they have sent technician to investigate and made a video and send to their manager Stephanie to confirm that this was risky for me. Stephanie called me to promised me for a free reinstallation which never happened and today the sun damaged the line I have no connectivity they want me to pay. I'm emailing Stephanie she is ignoring me being always unprofessional bad service customer from britelinkmct please Vumatel my job is at risk 3 days without working and work from home I need my connectivity back today. Contractor like britelinkmct is ruining your reputation Vumatel Britelinkmct is sucks 😔😞
I here because the service this Britelinkmct gives is sucks. I have a line with vumatel for 5 years now and my installation was a poor one and I sign for it not knowing. Bcse I'm not a technician after seeing how things was going I call in the manager Stephanie Tape sent a technician to investigate. He reported that the installation was not well done he even sent her video she called me promising me of a free of charge reinstallation. However up to today nothing email her being so unprofessional not responding and today it's 2 days I have no connectivity as the sun damaged the line and they sending technician and ask me to pay . . . They're very inconsiderable toward client very rude and my job is at stake here it has been two days I'm not working since I work from home. Britelinkmct send your people tomorrow for reinstallation free of charge as you managed promised. Agent very rude, manager unprofessional Vumatel should not have contract with such company this is ruining their reputation. Nobody is answering me
Vumatel is just so inconsiderate. I have been using vumatel line for 5 years. When I subscribed they did a bad installation and made me sign I did not know it was my first time to have fibre line home. I then contacted them to show them how things was getting worse they Manager Stephanie Tape contacted me to tell me they will do a reinstallation free of charge however it's did not happened. Today I have no connectivity the sun ruined the wire inside sending me a quote rude customer service ,rude manager I just want my line to be first tomorrow as I'm working from home they just do give a damn about people when jobs are at stake here. Emailing the managing so unprofessional no response more than 4 emails

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 08th of April the driver is out for delivery 🚚 I don't know when did he get lost I received no call or SMS nothing. Yet now is see today the 11th my parcel is returning to ITT for convenient parcel what the hell is this?
Old mutual is really a big issue to get your money... I have been waiting for them(old mutual) to pay my money for since March.
