We had a very disappointing experience with Linteg Fibre/FibreNinja.
Our fibre connection was unstable and frequently offline for an extended period. A fault was logged under Ticket #353926 and despite multiple follow-ups and full cooperation from our side, the issue was never resolved.
Instead of promptly assigning a technician, the support team repeatedly requested troubleshooting steps and information, even after it was clear that the problem required technical intervention. The matter was not treated as urgent, despite being advised that the connection was critical for work.
When we eventually requested cancellation due to the ongoing issues, it felt as though unnecessary processes and delays were being used to stall the cancellation, rather than resolving the issue or allowing us to exit the service smoothly.
The continued instability and lack of decisive support placed my work at risk and caused prolonged inconvenience. As a result, my husband formally requested cancellation after we lost confidence in both the service and the support provided.
I would not recommend this provider to anyone who requires reliable internet connectivity or responsive customer service.
