We had a very disappointing experience with Linteg Fibre/FibreNinja. Our fibre connection was unstable and frequently offline for an extended period. A fault was logged under Ticket #353926 and despite multiple follow-ups and full cooperation from our side, the issue was never resolved. Instead of promptly assigning a technician, the support team repeatedly requested troubleshooting steps and information, even after it was clear that the problem required technical intervention. The matter was not treated as urgent, despite being advised that the connection was critical for work. When we eventually requested cancellation due to the ongoing issues, it felt as though unnecessary processes and delays were being used to stall the cancellation, rather than resolving the issue or allowing us to exit the service smoothly. The continued instability and lack of decisive support placed my work at risk and caused prolonged inconvenience. As a result, my husband formally requested cancellation after we lost confidence in both the service and the support provided. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who requires reliable internet connectivity or responsive customer service.
Ms Leeann Rampersad gave me exceptional service and offered great advise pertaining my car insurance. I was able to also save on my premiums. I would also like to include Ms Nicole from the business insurance department who was also a great help in helping me save some money with my premium review. Let’s give people the stars they deserve for going an extra mile for their clients. Budget Insurance you have offered me great customer service and it’s appreciated.
It is very frustrating to make a payment arragement with Mr Price/ACS and commit to it only to be harressed and charged with over R100 extra costs when payment is made on time. I refuse to be treated like a non paying customer and humbly ask that you pay more attention to how your customers are being treated and make sure that statements are updated accordinly. I hope my issue will be addressed as a matter of ugency and be treated with respect.
I am very frustrated and disappointed by rain network. It used to be a reliable network before they introduced the 5G. Of late their customer service is very poor, one deals with the bad network connection and incorrect billing amount with no refund or customer consent. Sent countless emails with no response and the worst part is no contact number to follow up on a submitted complaint. I am officially over rain because all it seems to care about is collecting money instead of taking client matters or concerns seriously.
