The service has been extremely poor, with frequent connectivity issues, especially on weekends. They rarely answer their phones. Due to this ongoing frustration, I have decided to give them a 30-day notice to terminate my subscription. Even now, I am using my own data because my Fibre Sky link is down.
As I write this review, I am trying to contact their technical support, but they are not answering. This level of service is unacceptable. I am done!!
